We offer roaming capabilities with the Helium network and packetbroker.net, and we're actively exploring partnerships to expand our roaming options.
2. What distinguishes standard support from priority support?
Standard support includes knowledge base and email support. Priority support grants expedited service, 24/7 availability, and direct access to senior technicians.
3. Is it possible to use a custom NetID?
Custom NetIDs are not available in shared tenancy plans. They can be configured in dedicated and on-premise offerings.
4. Can I access ChirpStack via API?
Yes. ChirpStack provides both gRPC and REST APIs for automation and integration workflows.
